Now Hiring: Project Coordinator
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Track project progress and keep job information current and organized
- Manage administrative details across multiple active projects
- Schedule appointments, inspections, project activities, crews, and customer communication
- Review photos, documents, notes, and job files for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and maintain information in company software and job-management systems
- Assist with estimates, documentation, insurance requirements, and project files
- Follow up on outstanding approvals, documents, selections, scheduling, and next steps
- Maintain accurate digital files and records
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and text
- Identify missing information or potential delays and bring them to the appropriate team member's attention
- Keep Project Managers informed with clean, accurate, and current job files
- Help keep projects moving by staying ahead of administrative needs and deadlines

1+ year of administrative, project coordination, construction, restoration, insurance, property management, or related experience preferred
- Previous experience in a project-driven or service-based office environment strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Comfortable with email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and web-based business software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
