- Monitor, review, and audit employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and process payroll for multiple companies/entities
- Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, and tax information within payroll systems
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Assist with payroll-related reporting and documentation requests
- Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within HRIS/payroll systems
- Assist with onboarding and employee status changes as needed
- Support benefit deduction setup and maintenance
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality
- Reconcile benefit deductions against vendor invoices
- Assist with bank reconciliations and related reporting
- Monitor and track temporary employee hours and related documentation
- Prepare miscellaneous reports for management, HR, payroll, and accounting functions
- Support audits and documentation requests as needed
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience required
- Experience processing payroll for multiple entities and/or high employee volumes preferred
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills preferred
- Basic accounting and reconciliation experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll best practices preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
