- Experience: At least 1 year in restoration, cleaning, or construction. (IICRC certifications are a major plus!)
- The "Coach" Mentality: You enjoy helping others improve and take pride in a job well done.
- Communication: You can talk to a homeowner in distress just as easily as you can brief a Project Manager in the office.
- The Basics: High School Diploma/GED, a valid driverās license, and the physical ability to lead from the front (lifting 50+ lbs and working in attics/crawl spaces when needed).
