SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a compassionate, responsive, and motivated Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses during unexpected property emergencies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people in urgent situations, building relationships, and guiding customers toward the right solutions when they need support most.

Job Summary:
The Emergency Response Coordinator responds to emergency leads in real time and works closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and construction services. You’ll serve as a trusted first point of contact — listening, assessing needs, and helping property owners take the next steps toward recovery.
Our company uses real-time emergency lead notification services. Leads are provided directly to you, and you’ll monitor and respond promptly. The focus is on connecting with homeowners, property managers, or authorized decision-makers and helping them understand and move forward with SERVPRO Team Wall services when appropriate.
This role requires reliable availability and timely response within your geographic area. Because emergencies can happen at any time, the position includes an on-call component, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Functions of the Role:
Arrive quickly to any scene of a fire emergency to consult with property owners impacted by fire damage to enable the implementation of property recovery initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Daily preparation with a call-to-action plan and care kits
· Meet or exceed weekly sales call and meeting metrics.
· Conduct consistent research and prospecting to identify potential clients.
· Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally in all communications.
· Additional tasks as directed by the Director of Business Development.
What it takes to succeed:
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure, 24/7 on-call environment
· Strong closing and relationship-building skills
· Quick response times within your territory (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
· Self-motivation, resilience, and a hunter mentality
· Restoration, construction, or emergency services sales experience is a major plus
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary range of $60,000/year. We offer an uncapped commission plan, meaning there is no maximum on how much commission you can earn. Truly unlimited earning potential.
