- Develop accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates for commercial restoration projects, utilizing proprietary software and industry-standard tools.
- Negotiate and secure approval of scopes and budgets with commercial clients, property managers, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee production crews, subcontractors, and equipment resources on active commercial job sites.
- Travel as required to support multi-location projects, emergency response needs, and large-loss events.
- Ensure that all job-site documentation, photos, notes, and change orders are thorough, accurate, and compliant with client and insurance requirements.
- Ensure safety practices, commercial site protocols, and SERVPRO operational standards are followed at all times.
- Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Support accurate billing by verifying documentation and completing required paperwork.
- Manage the customer experience and ensure overall commercial client satisfaction, monitored through repeat business, referrals, and online reviews.
- Provide priority response for emergency calls, including after-hours or weekend events as needed.
- Support growth of the commercial division by building strong relationships with facility managers, commercial clients, and industry partners.
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience, preferably involving commercial projects or large-loss environments
- IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, MR, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to travel for commercial job oversight and emergency response as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and access tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics, mechanical areas)
- Ability to work in environments affected by water, fire, mold, or biohazards
- Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration chemicals
- Ability to pass a background check per applicable laws
