- Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy
- Manage and solve employee relations issues
- Answer employee payroll, benefits, and basic HR questions
- Ensure accurate completion and filing of onboarding paperwork
- Assigning uniforms and tools to employees
- Assist with payroll as needed
- Fulfill hiring needs through various recruiting efforts which may include - online hiring platforms, attending career fairs, networking opportunities and conducting interviews.
- Conduct jobsite production and safety check-ins
- Conduct jobsite training
- Conduct safety training, set up OSHA mandated in-house training
- Conduct staff check-ins
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures
- Register / Sign up employees for continuing education opportunities
- Assist technicians load work vehicles at beginning of workday and sign out equipment as needed
- Provide day-to-day performance guidance to employees
- Assisting crews in the field complete mitigation work as needed
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of personnel development and employee training experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, detail orientated, and process-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and ethical work habits.
- Valid driver’s license.
Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect occasional evenings and travel in service areas.
Physical Demands
Frequent sitting, typing, walking between offices and using phone/computer. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and equipment. This is an office and hands-on role mixed with management duties.
