Primary Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls for the business
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to the customer’s needs, being knowledgeable of services offered, and communicating clearly
- Complete necessary documentation for new customer leads and job referrals
- Maintain constant and prompt communication with dispatch team regarding new and existing leads/jobs
- Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and Drybook
- Perform general office duties as necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Attentiveness to detail
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- Vary between 4 p.m. - 12:30 am.
