About the Role:

Join SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Dispatch/Receptionist, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our team. In this dynamic role, you'll help coordinate emergency services while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Schedule and dispatch technicians for emergency services and restoration projects.
Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on service status.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain an organized and efficient dispatch system.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery.
Support marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communication is a plus.
Proven experience in a dispatch or receptionist role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
