Our franchise is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mitigation Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and ensure our mitigation projects are efficiently reviewed, accurately billed, and in full compliance with industry and program standards.

Position Overview:
The Mitigation Estimating Manager will oversee and support our team of Project Analysts, ensuring mitigation estimates are completed on time, accurately reflect job scopes, and maximize profitability. This leadership role includes training and mentoring, monitoring performance metrics, improving estimating processes, and ensuring quality and compliance across all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign jobs to Project Analysts and manage workload across offices
  • Oversee the review of all mitigation estimates for accuracy, consistency, and profitability
  • Monitor dashboards and job files to ensure process compliance and documentation completeness
  • Evaluate and coach Project Analysts to develop strong estimating skills
  • Ensure adherence to TPA, NAPA, and CAPA guidelines and maintain high audit scores
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting to support accurate billing and invoice creation
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and share updates
  • Visit local offices monthly and participate in team-building and cross-training initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and program changes

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
