- As an initial contact for the business, ALWAYS provide exceptional customer service
- Receive in-coming phone calls and greet visitors to the office
- Perform detailed and accurate data collection and entry
- Dispatch Priority Responders to lead calls and job referrals
- Assist the Scheduler with coordinating crew and job scheduling
- Perform additional general administration duties
- Possibly assist other departments, as needed during busy periods
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) & Google Docs
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
- Minimum of HSD/GED
- Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

- 8am - 5pm with 1/2 lunch (M-F)
- Competitive hourly wage - commensurate with experience
- OT for all hours per week over 40
- 9 Paid holidays (eligible after 90 days)
- 2 weeks paid vacation (eligible after 6 months)
- 2 personal days (eligible after 90 days)
- Birthday off or one day during the month of your birthday (eligible after 90 days)
