- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high levels of satisfaction with services provided.
- Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians, providing supervision and guidance throughout their tasks.
- Document job details and drive & labor times using company-specific software systems.
- Coordinate and execute restoration processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure our company’s response to after-hours/weekend/holiday emergency mitigation needs.
- Contribute to large loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight/out-of-town travel as needed.
- Identify and communicate safety hazards, implementing control measures to ensure the safety of both workers and occupants.
- Adhere to and oversee the enforcement of safe work practices, ensuring compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
- Manage labor, consumable usage, and project resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Provide coaching and training to Restoration Technicians, fostering skill development.
- Regularly communicate with leadership and office teams to report on project progress and any issues.
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Complete additional tasks or duties as directed by management.
- 6+ months experience in the restoration industry
- Have a valid IICRC WRT certification
- Must have a professional appearance and great attitude
- A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft
- Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
- Some night and weekend work are required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
- Capable of driving a box truck
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Competitive base pay with eligibility for bonus
