Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment. Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces. You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high levels of satisfaction with services provided.
Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians, providing supervision and guidance throughout their tasks.
Document job details and drive & labor times using company-specific software systems.
Coordinate and execute restoration processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control standards are met.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure our company’s response to after-hours/weekend/holiday emergency mitigation needs.
Contribute to large loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight/out-of-town travel as needed.
Identify and communicate safety hazards, implementing control measures to ensure the safety of both workers and occupants.
Adhere to and oversee the enforcement of safe work practices, ensuring compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
Manage labor, consumable usage, and project resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment.
Provide coaching and training to Restoration Technicians, fostering skill development.
Regularly communicate with leadership and office teams to report on project progress and any issues.
Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Complete additional tasks or duties as directed by management.

Requirements

6+ months experience in the restoration industry
Have a valid IICRC WRT certification
Must have a professional appearance and great attitude
A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft
Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
Some night and weekend work are required
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
Capable of driving a box truck
Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Salary:

Competitive base pay with eligibility for bonus

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
