Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell franchise services in your assigned territory, exceeding sales quotas.
Cultivate the commercial customer base through a systematic business development approach.
Create Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on the value of emergency event preparation.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a strategic database of influencers.
Deliver precise pretesting, scoping, and job estimates.
Monitor assigned jobs, prioritize responding to generate work opportunities.
Participate in marketing, networking, and education events.
Conduct daily targeted marketing outreach.
Arrange one-on-one meetings with commercial contacts for referrals.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B sales experience.
Proven experience in commercial sales and marketing.
Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Business and financial acumen with results-driven mindset.
Preferred experience in cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.
Proficiency in business software technologies.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
Background check required per applicable law.

Salary plus Commission!
