We are seeking a proactive and motivated Intake Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing the intake process for potential clients and implementing strategies that drive lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales or customer service, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach when engaging with potential clients.
- Assess and qualify leads, effectively gathering critical information to support conversion efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and transition of leads into the larger sales pipeline.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure data entry is thorough, accurate, and up-to-date to support data integrity and consistency in the CRM.
- Monitor CRM-related metrics and provide insights to improve workflow, lead management, and reporting accuracy.
- Implement and refine conversion strategies to maximize client acquisition rates.
- Support sales initiatives by providing data and insights from the CRM and assisting with team-driven sales efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize intake processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Assist team members with additional sales or administrative-related tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in customer service, intake-based sales, or administrative support preferred (industry experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of data entry processes and best practices.
- A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to sales efforts.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain data accuracy.
- An enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the organization’s goals.
