What your day looks like
- In this role you will be working with our office, operations and sales and marketing teams, handling all incoming phone calls, getting relevant information and then scheduling jobs
- Throughout the day you will review and maintain crew schedules, follow up with customers and handle scheduling/customer service issues as they come up.
- You will need to perform detailed and accurate data entry into our job scheduling software
- You will receive and handle incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business, and other routine communications.
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed throughout the day
- $19-$22 per hour based on experience and qualifications for the position.
