The qualified candidate as our Construction Superintendent (SS) must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 3 years management experience in the field in residential construction and remodeling; some commercial experience preferred
- Have hands-on experience in the field for residential remodeling that includes rough and finish carpentry, window/door installations, light painting and preparation capabilities, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge and a solid understanding of residential building codes.
- Must have active experience with project management software such as BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Xactimate (preferred), or other.
- Knowledge of the restoration industry preferred.
- Review scope of work, plan and schedule sub-contractors, create and manage projects in project management software, and work with clients on completion of projects
- Work with GM and/or Construction Manager to create Material Request Order for plumbing fixtures, floor coverings, backsplash, HVAC equipment, windows, exterior doors and others as determined by scope of project and all related materials.
- CS will coordinate the delivery and/or pick up of all material, and supervise schedule all sub-contractors, trades, temporary labor, portal-toilet. Standard building products include lumber, drywall, concrete and masonry materials, insulation, fasteners, adhesives, grout, standard interior doors and related materials, interior trim, soffit and fascia materials, paint and others.
- CS to oversee all activities on a daily basis for jobs assigned to him/her. Activities include scheduling and supervising subs, trades, scheduling counter top and glass templates, scheduling inspections (coordinating with client), labor and working with Designer for material purchases and deliveries.
- CS to enter pertinent information into Daily Log in scheduling software EVERY day for EVERY job regarding problems, client issues, delays, completed items and other job-site related issues.
- CS to follow and complete Site Preparation List
- CS is required to fill-in as manual labor where needed to keep jobs moving forward and on schedule and/or as required. This is a minimal requirement, time should be spent 95% on management activities.

TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION: $64,000 to $70,000 plus benefits
