We are a leader in the recession-proof restoration industry seeking someone who has estimating experience (preferably using an estimating software like Xactimate) and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting and speaking with people, has excellent communication skills, and can successfully multi-task. a. Establish customer relationships for construction services
d. Follow-up with the customer to get their approval
- MIN 2 years previous construction estimating and/or P&C insurance adjusting experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Strong math skills
- Comfortable learning new technology. Extremely helpful if proficient in use of Xactimate™ estimating software or at a minimum willingness to learn
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable asking for the job when necessary
- Team Player
- Must have a DL and good driving record
- Xactimate level 1 and 2 certifications preferred. (or willingness to obtain at company expense)
Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud.
