- Monitor and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems)
- Use these alert systems to arrive quickly to any scene of a fire/storm emergency in order to consult with property owners impacted by the damage
- This role is responsible for responding to emergency property situations and all generated leads within the designated radius
- Employee is expected to get approval (signed form) by the homeowner to begin emergency services to mitigate further damage to their home
- Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and local community
- Establish and maintain working relationships with the customers/homeowners.
- Track and complete a weekly log of job activity. Build and maintain a database of customer information to include date of call, time of call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact information
- This work may require nights and weekends and working beyond a 40-hour workweek as needed to complete goals and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
- A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
