As a Priority Responder, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. This role requires a motivated, friendly, dedicated and mature individual, requiring little supervision. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
  • Monitor and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems)
  • Use these alert systems to arrive quickly to any scene of a fire/storm emergency in order to consult with property owners impacted by the damage
  • This role is responsible for responding to emergency property situations and all generated leads within the designated radius
  • Employee is expected to get approval (signed form) by the homeowner to begin emergency services to mitigate further damage to their home
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and local community
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with the customers/homeowners.
  • Track and complete a weekly log of job activity. Build and maintain a database of customer information to include date of call, time of call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact information
  • This work may require nights and weekends and working beyond a 40-hour workweek as needed to complete goals and responsibilities.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
