Senior Restoration Project Manager
- Manage water, fire, mold, biohazard, and specialty cleaning projects from start to finish.
- Respond to emergency losses and assess property damages.
- Develop and oversee drying and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and resources.
- Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and notes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, referral partners, and team members.
- Review project scopes and estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Identify reconstruction opportunities and assist in converting mitigation projects into reconstruction work.
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
- Lead by example and hold team members accountable to company expectations.
- Take ownership of their projects.
- Communicate proactively and professionally.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintain complete and billing-ready documentation.
- Lead crews effectively and create accountability.
- Solve problems quickly and make sound decisions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Produce profitable work while maintaining quality standards.
- Help create reconstruction opportunities from mitigation projects.
- Consistently follow through on commitments.
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, or related industry experience preferred.
- Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Ability to learn restoration software, documentation platforms, and estimating systems.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
