Join our team in Troy, Missouri, as a full-time Production Technician!

SERVPRO of Lincoln and Warren Counties seeks a detail-orientated person who can adapt to various industry-specific mitigation and cleaning jobs. Also, someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills as a team player and proven multi-tasker.

Primary Role:

Respond to customer calls and perform services according to production guidelines while following “The SERVPRO Way” to ensure all customer needs are met or exceeded. Timely communication and agreeable collaboration with the production manager, crew chief, and other production/office personnel are required. Clean and maintain all vehicles and equipment; clean and organize the warehouse and office area.

Other Duties:

Provide availability for emergency response services as required by the SERVPRO response commitment
Load vans/trucks with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs
Set up staging area and equipment for each job
Prepare rooms for cleaning processes, follow the scope of work, and perform end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment
Seek certification through the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
Follow SERVPRO uniform policy
Ability to lift a minimum of 50LBS
