Position Overview: 
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial and residential restoration market. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. Your expertise in sales, team leadership, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day.  Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Developing marketing strategies for the business 
  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating
  • Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate agents, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients, ensuring alignment with project expectations and goals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions
  • Partnering and building relationships with local businesses, sports teams, etc. to gain visibility within the market
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
  • Participate in professional networking events
  • Develop and implement marketing and product plans based on strategic objectives
  • Manage company and product branding initiatives and standards
  • Lead and manage both outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, analytics and automation
  • Plan, create, publish all social media postings across numerous channels
  • Create and publish content for blogs, website, email broadcasts, catalogs and press releases
  • Oversee and manage marketing assistant interns
  • Report on and analyze key marketing metrics to include lead generation, PPC, social media and website data
  • Provide cross-functional leadership across multiple areas of the operation
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the commercial restoration market
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of commercial sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, property managers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders in the commercial sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to make informed business decisions
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services, capabilities, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value to clients
  • Prospecting, cold calling, and field networking
  • Develop and maintain current business accounts
  • Participate in networking events
  • Diligent customer follow-up & follow through
  • On-going commitment to sales goals
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships
  • Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales leadership, preferably within the restoration or construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of insurance and property management industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness and ability to work nights/weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Formal Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
