Hiring: Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR)
SERVPRO of Highland Park | Highland Park, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.
Total Earnings: Potential to earn over $100,000 annually, including base salary, commissions and bonuses. Actual earnings will be vary based on individual performance!

About the Position: Servpro of Highland Park is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a nationally recognized restoration company.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
Generate new residential and commercial business.
Make daily sales calls and in-person visits.
Attend networking events and community functions.
Promote SERVPRO's water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services.
Track sales activities and customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Work with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Sales or marketing experience in the water and fire restoration industry is REQUIRED.
3-5 years marketing experience in restoration industry is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.
