What you own in your first 90 days

Extract water, tear out damaged materials, set drying equipment, and monitor jobs until they are dry.
Work under your Restoration Supervisor on site and match the pace and the standard.
Take clear photos and moisture readings the same day, and leave the job documented.
Treat every customer home like it is yours. Be professional, clean, and on time.
Keep your truck, tools, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

What we require

Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
Hands-on work experience that transfers — restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, warehouse, or field service.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
Drug-free.
Physically able to do field work (lift, climb, work in heat and wet conditions).
Clear, professional communication with customers and your crew.

Nice to have, not required. We train and certify.

IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
Prior SERVPRO or restoration experience
Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
