Lead a growing restoration and construction company in the West Valley.
SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring an experienced General Manager to run day-to-day operations for our multi-territory restoration franchise serving Buckeye, Surprise, Wickenburg, and Sun City. You will report directly to the owner and lead our production, construction, and office teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already run restoration operations and is ready to own results.
What You Will Own
- Daily operations across water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and reconstruction
- P&L responsibility: annual budget, revenue and expense forecasting, job costing, and gross margin targets
- Job file quality and cycle time: estimates, documentation, invoicing, and collections (AR)
- Insurance carrier and TPA program compliance and scorecards; adjuster and agent relationships
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing crew chiefs, technicians, and office staff
- Scheduling, crew utilization, equipment, and vehicle fleet
- Safety programs, OSHA compliance, and IICRC standards on every job
- Weekly KPI reporting to the owner: revenue, margins, AR, job counts, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a management role in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold) or insurance-driven construction
- 5+ years total leadership experience managing field crews and office staff
- Proven P&L, budgeting, and job-costing experience
- Working knowledge of Xactimate and insurance claim workflows
- IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days); ASD, AMRT, FSRT a plus
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix West Valley (no relocation assistance)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with job management software (DASH/Work Center, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office)
Preferred
- Prior SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Paul Davis, BELFOR, or similar franchise restoration experience
- IICRC Master Water Restorer designation
- Arizona ROC license experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment
Primarily office-based with regular job site visits. Must be able to walk job sites, climb ladders, and enter attics and crawl spaces as needed. Occasional after-hours availability for large losses.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
