Fire Contents Restoration Lead
SERVPRO of Minnetonka / Team Clemente
SERVPRO of Minnetonka / Team Clemente is a growing restoration company looking for a Fire Contents Restoration Lead to join our team.
This is a hands-on lead position specializing in fire and smoke contents cleaning, pack-outs, restoration, deodorization, and pack-backs. You will help lead technicians, coordinate daily contents activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure customers' belongings are handled with care throughout the restoration process.
What You'll Do
Lead and assist with fire and smoke contents cleaning and restoration.
- Coordinate and perform pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
- Evaluate contents and determine appropriate cleaning methods.
- Train and provide direction to content technicians.
- Complete detailed inventory, photos, and job documentation.
- Perform deodorization and odor-control procedures.
- Monitor quality, organization, and project progress.
- Communicate professionally with customers and management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fire restoration, contents cleaning, professional cleaning, or a related field preferred.
- Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, at heights, and in other challenging environments.
-
IICRC or restoration industry experience is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
