Water Restoration Technician
Location: Mesquite, TX and surrounding areas
- Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies.
- Perform water extraction and cleanup.
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment.
- Take and document moisture readings.
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials when necessary.
- Protect unaffected areas of the customer's property.
- Clean and maintain restoration equipment.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Photograph and document job progress.
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and property owners.
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
- Assist with storm, fire, mold, and other restoration projects as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team and eventually take responsibility for individual job-site tasks.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Be able to safely operate a company vehicle.
- Follow all company vehicle and driving policies.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Hardworking and motivated.
- Willing to learn a skilled trade.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
- Able to work in wet, dirty, hot, cold, and challenging conditions.
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and unfinished areas when required.
