Are you organized, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers? SERVPRO of Bountiful is looking for a Reconstruction Coordinator to help keep our Reconstruction Department’s job files, paperwork, and communications running smoothly.

You’ll support Project Managers as our team helps customers rebuild after property damage. This primarily office-based position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping information organized, and following through on important details.

What You’ll Do

Create and organize new reconstruction job files.
Prepare and send customer confirmation emails.
Communicate with customers and team members professionally by phone and email.
Track required documents and follow up on missing information.
Track job progress and keep project records up to date.
Accurately enter customer and job information into company systems.
Process documents and maintain organized digital files.
Complete file closeout by checking for required paperwork and organizing completed records.

What We’re Looking For

Strong phone communication skills, including a friendly, professional manner, attentive listening, and clear explanations.
Patience and professionalism when helping customers through stressful situations.
Clear written communication and accurate message-taking.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and managing digital files.
Willingness to learn new software and follow company procedures.
Ability to manage multiple job files and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful but not required. Customer service, office administration, or document-processing experience is a plus.
