About the Role:
SERVPRO of Camarillo is looking for a motivated and hardworking Technician Helper to join our restoration team in Camarillo, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced technicians to help families and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians with water, fire, and mold remediation and restoration services
- Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers on job sites
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and cleanup tasks as directed
- Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and SERVPRO procedures on every job
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
- Document job progress and assist with inventory of equipment and supplies
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a must
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in emergency and disaster restoration environments
- Strong work ethic with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
