Run reconstruction projects from estimate to final walkthrough for SERVPRO in Abilene.

What you own in your first 90 days
  • Take over every open rebuild: scope, schedule, budget, and the customer relationship.
  • Write and defend estimates, and turn approved scopes into signed work orders.
  • Hire, schedule, and hold subcontractors to the timeline and the standard of work.
  • Keep every job file current: photos, change orders, approvals, and notes, the same day.
  • Walk customers and adjusters through the job, settle punch lists, and close out clean.
  • Own the numbers: margin, cycle time, and collections on your projects.
What we require
  • At least three years of construction experience.
  • Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last five years.
  • Experience running projects and the people on them: crews, subcontractors, schedules.
  • Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, and trades.
  • Comfort with budgets, estimates, and job costing.
Nice to have, not required
  • Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience
  • Xactimate
  • Sales or estimating experience with customers
