Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land.

What you own in your first 90 days
  • Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.
  • Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard.
  • Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes.
  • Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word.
  • Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
  • Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.
What we require
  • Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
  • Restoration experience, or hands-on trade experience that transfers, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
  • Drug-free.
  • Physically able to do field work.
  • Clear, professional communication with customers.
Nice to have, not required. We train and certify.
  • IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
  • Experience leading a crew
  • Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
