⚡ What This Role Really Is
You’re the one keeping everything together when everything is falling apart.
- You’ll coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage
- You’ll work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward
- You’ll deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces
- You’ll be expected to stay organized under pressure and not miss details
This role matters. If you drop the ball, the job stalls.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams
- Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing)
- Build and support estimates using industry software
- Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness
- Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files
- Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control
- Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving

Experience:
- 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or GED

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
