- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning projects.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to SERVPRO standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor restoration team members.
- Conduct daily job site briefings and assign tasks.
- Perform inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers, insurance professionals, and management throughout the project.
- Complete documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job records accurately using company software.
- Monitor equipment usage and ensure vehicles, tools, and job sites remain organized.
- Identify project needs and communicate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
- Respond to emergency after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation.
- Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related industry.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying environments.
- Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similar).
- Experience with moisture mapping and drying equipment.
- Experience managing crews and customer expectations.
