What You'll Do
- Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mitigation services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Inspect job sites and ensure work meets SERVPRO quality standards
- Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process while providing exceptional customer service
- Accurately document jobs using photos, moisture readings, and daily notes
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work closely with project managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently
- Mentor and assist newer technicians as needed

Has experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or related trades
Takes ownership of their work and pays attention to detail
Works well independently and as part of a team
Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or related trades
Takes ownership of their work and pays attention to detail
Works well independently and as part of a team
Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Comfortable working on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (if applicable)
