- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Create a positive first impression for every customer
- Gather First Notice of Loss (FNOL) information accurately
- Provide customers with updates and answer questions throughout the restoration process
- Welcome office visitors and assist with general inquiries
- Dispatch restoration crews to emergency and scheduled jobs
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Assist with on-call scheduling and after-hours coordination
- Ensure emergency calls receive immediate attention
- Enter new jobs and customer information into company software
- Maintain accurate job documentation and customer records
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) jobs and communicate scheduling concerns
- Assist office staff with administrative duties
- Support daily office operations and special projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, dispatching, or administrative support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to quickly learn new software and technology
- Dispatching or scheduling experience
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, HVAC, plumbing, or another service-based industry
- Experience with CRM or job management software
- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Full-time, salaried position
- Monday through Friday
- Typical schedule between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM (8-hour workday)
- Occasional overtime or extended hours during emergency response or catastrophic events
