- Inventory and load work vehicles with the equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle and equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities.
- Set up containment areas, drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment.
- Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration services as directed.
- Follow all safety procedures and risk management guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
- Document work performed and maintain project records as required.
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.
- Maintain an organized warehouse, office, and company grounds.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work hard in physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

- Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling tasks.
- Operate company vehicles and restoration equipment.
- Dust, fumes, smoke, and airborne particles.
- Hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions.
- Strong odors and other challenging environmental conditions.
- Moderate to loud noise levels.
- Cleaning chemicals and restoration products.
- Situations requiring personal protective equipment, including respirators.
