About the Role:

Join SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn & Rusk Counties as a Marketing Representative and play a crucial role in promoting our top-notch restoration services. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and drive brand awareness in Hayward, WI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Assist in organizing community events and outreach programs.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging.
Represent SERVPRO at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements:

Preferably experience in marketing or sales, bonus in the restoration or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within the service area as needed.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
