About the Role:
Join SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn & Rusk Counties as a Marketing Representative and play a crucial role in promoting our top-notch restoration services. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and drive brand awareness in Hayward, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing community events and outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Represent SERVPRO at trade shows and networking events.
Requirements:
- Preferably experience in marketing or sales, bonus in the restoration or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the service area as needed.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
