We’re hiring motivated individuals with restoration experience who want to grow into leadership roles. This position is designed to develop future Crew Leads through hands-on training, certifications, and real advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Perform restoration and demolition work
Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects
Maintain job documentation and safety standards
Prepare job sites and manage equipment
Communicate with technicians and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
Leadership experience a plus
IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn)
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and willingness to grow

What We Offer

$18–$21/hour starting pay
