SERVPRO is looking for a Customer Intake & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help guide customers through the first steps of the restoration process during what can be a stressful time. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive will help set the tone for their entire experience.

What You Will Do

·         Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers and partners
·         Gather and enter accurate job information into internal systems during intake
·         Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
·         Prioritize emergency calls and coordinate rapid response when needed
·         Keep customers informed on scheduling, delays, and next steps
·         Handle customer questions, concerns, and scheduling conflicts in a professional and empathetic way

What We Are Looking For

·         2 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience preferred
·         Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
·         Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
·         Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
·         Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
·         Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
·         Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or high-pressure situations

Preferred but Not Required

·         Previous dispatch or scheduling experience
·         Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries
·         Familiarity with job tracking or CRM systems
·         Knowledge of local service areas

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
 Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs/rotating on-call schedules
