- Change order management with ≤48-hour turnaround
- Job documentation and file readiness for billing
- You’ve run reconstruction jobs end-to-end and know where projects fail
- You can manage subs while maintaining control of schedule, quality, and budget
- You understand how to protect margin while keeping jobs moving
- You don’t wait on others—you solve problems and keep production advancing
- You’re just as comfortable working with an adjuster as you are picking up tools when needed
- You demonstrate strong client relations
- Excellent communication skills (timely and clear)
- 5+ years in reconstruction/restoration project management
- Strong knowledge of residential construction (demo → finish) terminology
- Experience with insurance-driven work and Xactimate scopes
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license
- 10+ years in general construction knowledge across multiple trades
- Willing and able to perform hands-on work when needed
- Comfortable in active jobsite environments (tight spaces, ladders, etc.)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- PMs who only manage from a desk
