- General office administration and daily operations support
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating with clients and adjusters
- Job file setup, documentation, and data entry (photos, reports, invoices)
- Assisting project managers with scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups
- Supporting invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and file organization
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting with marketing and business development tasks (e.g., outreach coordination, maintaining contact lists, supporting client relationship activities)
- Previous administrative experience (restoration/construction industry is an asset)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Encircle, Xactimate, or CRM tools is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Supportive team environment
