At SERVPRO Team Carpenter, we help people recover after fire, water, smoke, and mold losses. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Contents Restoration Specialist who takes pride in quality work, stays organized under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well with others, and thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
• Pack-outs & pack-backs (inventory, wrapping, transport, return)
• Contents cleaning & restoration
• Handle furniture, electronics, décor, and valuables with care
• Stage, move, and protect contents on active job sites
• Deodorization for smoke and water losses
• Inventory tracking, labeling, photos, and documentation
• Warehouse processing, cleaning, and organization

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of contents, restoration, pack-out, or related experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Positive, team-focused mindset
• Professional and respectful with customers
• Comfortable with active job sites and physical work as needed

Bonus Experience
• NextGear DASH, Assured, or similar systems
• Fire, smoke, or water damage restoration experience
