What You’ll Do

Customer & Client Management
  • Lead the customer experience from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Evaluate and sell projects while educating customers on the reconstruction process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and resource partners.
Project Development & Execution
  • Develop scopes of work and review estimates.
  • Negotiate project scope and secure approvals.
  • Collect deposits and draws.
  • Schedule technicians, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
  • Create and manage project timelines.
  • Oversee service execution, conduct quality checks, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain detailed job documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and scope requirements.
  • Complete punch lists and perform final walk‑throughs.
  • Obtain signed Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction.
Financial Management
  • Review and manage project budgets.
  • Track expenses and assist with final payment collection.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Support personnel and manage warranty activities.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety‑focused team culture.
Logistics & Safety
  • Secure necessary permits.
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
  • Manage equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Ensure safe work practices and adherence to risk‑management guidelines.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Previous construction management experience.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
  • Restoration and/or construction experience preferred.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Frequent walking and standing.
  • Regular driving and sitting.
  • Occasional ladder use.
  • Exposure to heat and loud jobsite environments.
Schedule & Travel
  • Full‑time, typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (minimum 40 hours).
  • Frequent long hours, on‑call needs, and weekend availability.
  • Local travel required.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
