⚡ What This Role Really Is

You’re the one keeping everything together when everything is falling apart.

  •  You’ll coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage 
  •  You’ll work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward 
  •  You’ll deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces 
  •  You’ll be expected to stay organized under pressure and not miss details
This role matters. If you drop the ball, the job stalls.
 If you’re on it, everything runs.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  •  Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams 
  •  Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing) 
  •  Build and support estimates using industry software 
  •  Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness 
  •  Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files 
  •  Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control 
  •  Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving

Experience:

  •  1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred 
  •  High school diploma or GED

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
