Construction Field Supervisor | Lead the Restoration Journey

We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Construction Field Supervisor to lead our restoration projects from the first walk-through to the final handshake.

Your Impact: Leading the Project

As a Field Supervisor, you are the face of our construction division. You’ll manage the "big picture" while ensuring every small detail is perfect.

The Blueprint for Success: Conduct pre-construction meetings to set clear expectations and keep customers informed with daily project updates.
Command the Crew: Schedule and manage subcontractors and material suppliers, ensuring everyone stays on track and within scope.
Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets local codes and our high "Like it never even happened" standards.
Cross the Finish Line: Resolve punch list items and perform final walk-throughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Experienced Pro: You have a solid background in construction or restoration. A PMP certification is a major plus!
Natural Leader: You’re comfortable supervising others, managing complex schedules, and making decisions under pressure.
Communication Expert: You can talk shop with subcontractors and offer empathetic, clear explanations to homeowners.
Tech & Math Savvy: You’re comfortable using project management software and have the basic math skills required for job-site estimates and change orders.

Requirements & Physical Demands

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license (frequent driving/sitting between job sites is required).
Ability to walk/stand throughout the day and occasionally climb ladders or work in varied environments (heat/noise).

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
