About the Role:

Join Servpro as a Restoration Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in helping families and businesses recover from disasters. This exciting position offers hands-on experience in the restoration industry, allowing you to make a real difference in your community.

Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction and structural drying to restore properties affected by water damage.
Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorizing affected areas.
Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for mold remediation and prevention.
Document and report the restoration process, maintaining accurate records for clients and insurance companies.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain the restoration process and address any concerns.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the restoration field.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in restoration or mitigation preferred.
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks in various environments.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel to job sites.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures is a plus.
