At SERVPRO Team Doyle , we don’t just fix buildings; we restore peace of mind. When the restoration phase ends, our Construction Division steps in to rebuild. We are seeking a powerhouse Construction Project Manager who thrives in the field, not behind a spreadsheet.

If your strengths lie in inspecting quality, motivating crews, and driving projects to the finish line, this is the role for you. We have a dedicated estimating team—your mission is to take those plans and turn them into reality across the Lehigh Valley.

The Role: Execution & Excellence

As a Field Project Manager, you are the "boots on the ground" leader. You will oversee multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects, ensuring every nail, board, and coat of paint meets the SERVPRO standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crew Management: Direct and supervise internal tradespeople and external subcontractors to keep projects moving at a high tempo.

  • Site Inspections: Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure safety compliance and elite craftsmanship.

  • Timeline Mastery: Own the project schedule. You are responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time and the transition from restoration to construction is seamless.

  • Homeowner Relations: Be the face of the project. You’ll walk homeowners through the progress, manage expectations, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Problem Solving: Identify site-specific challenges early and implement practical solutions to keep the project on track.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Field Leadership: 3–5 years of experience managing construction crews or subcontractors.

  • The "Eye": An uncompromising eye for detail. You can spot a sub-par finish from across the room and know how to coach a team to fix it.

  • Logistics Mindset: Superior organizational skills to juggle multiple job sites throughout the Lehigh Valley.

  • Communication: The ability to command respect on a job site while providing empathetic service to a stressed homeowner.

  • Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean background check are mandatory.
