- Improve consistency in PM performance and project execution

- Proven experience leading a reconstruction, restoration, or residential & commercial construction operation ($5M+)

- Strong financial acumen (job costing, margins, operational drivers)
- Experience building systems and improving team performance at scale
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and hold teams accountable
- Experience handling high-stakes customer situations and escalations
- Collaborative mindset, especially with cross-functional teams
- Growth of the reconstruction division to $25M and beyond

- Travel as needed to other locations to support, mentor, and train the team
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $210,000 (depending on experience)
