You’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with others.
You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease
You communicate clearly, and can balance several tasks at once.

What You'll Bring

6+ months of restoration experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
IICRC certifications (preferred)

What You'll Do

Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
