- 5+ years of management experience
- Restoration industry experience preferred (1+ year)
- Strong people‑leader with a track record of building high‑performing teams
- Process‑driven, results‑oriented, and detail‑focused
- Comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and multiple priorities
- Proficient with standard business and operational software
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD); Master designation a plus
