We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Water Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. This position involves hands-on, physical labor responding to water losses in residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Water Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. This position involves hands-on, physical labor responding to water losses in residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform water mitigation services including extraction, demolition, and dry-out
- Remove damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other materials
- Set up drying equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow work orders, protocols, and directions from supervisors
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety standards
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly
- This is a manual labor position involving demolition of walls and flooring
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Open availability required (24/7/365 emergency service business)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Clean and Professional appearance

Experience:
- Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
